Mike Hickman

Personal Trainer

Mike is an ACE certified personal trainer and run coach who believes in developing supportive relationships with clients to create sustainable behaviour change. Working with only a limited number of clients at any one time, allows Mike to really focus on the clients as individuals.

Mike also has experience of working with people with special needs and has been volunteering his time with Runninghour, an integrated running group in Singapore for over 9 years.

Mike played competitive Rugby when younger before focusing on a corporate career for 20+ years, during this time he went from Fit to Fat and then back to Fit again after igniting a passion for endurance events.

Mike’s philosophy is to make fitness accessible for everyone; he does not believe in a one-size fits all regime and that there are no shortcuts to build strength and fitness that will last a lifetime.

Mike left the corporate world in 2016 and established Coyote Fitness to help people meet their fitness goals and share my experiences of going from ‘Fat to Fit’ whilst working full-time in a corporate environment.

Mike believes that as we age, we should be aiming to spend our pensions on our bucket lists and not on healthcare.

Mike has a passion for continuous learning to add value to his clients.
