Series Pilates-Elite™ is a 30-minute high-intensity program linking the core principles of Pilates with primal, functional movements. We achieve high intensity through the use of plyometric and isometric techniques in every round. You will discover the principles of Pilates, learning how its basic exercises and breathing techniques work together in a holistic workout based on a set of core principles.
