Founded by three friends – Carol, Ann and Markus started Tribody Fitness with the goal of providing quality gym classes in a social setting.
Fueled by their love for fitness and the outdoors, the three friends created a friendly space where you can join in challenging yet fun-filled circuit training sessions.
Current Tribody Fitness members include exercise newbies, triathletes, working professionals, pre-natals/postnatals, retirees, stay-at-home dads/moms, and weekend warriors – people of various fitness abilities.
Tribody Fitness employs only certified trainers from internationaly-recognized professional accrediting bodies. Their certified trainers customize class programmes that will suit you regardless of your fitness background. They will teach you how to use the exercise tools and how to modify your body movements to adapt to your fitness level. By using innovative techniques, they will then help you progress to the next level.
