This great workshop series are created specifically for runners, to provide them with an injury prevention routine that focuses on active strength (prep) and muscle activation for targeting the unique requirements of a runner and protect their body for all season training.

Key Components focus : Prehab routine and prepare the training muscle more responsive to the specific sport training for runners.
