The final workshop in the runners series, this session aim to provide runners with the tools and knowledge to devise a comprehensive recovery strategy for both post training and post-race. Assisting the runner to optimally manage their physiological and recovery status through a self-care routine, muscle release to restore better movement for run training and much more.
Key Components focus : The ultimate program which targets the specific Upper & Lower Body and Back care for all levels of runners (Pectoral, T-spines, Psoas, Calves, Quad, Hamstring, Piriformis).
